New Patients
First Visit
You will be greeted warmly by our staff. It would help if you could arrive promptly to your appointment. Your dietitian will take a full diet history and physical assessment, including weight and medical history. You will discuss with your dietitian the events that have led to current problems you are experiencing, health concerns, surgery to determine how a dietitian can help you.

Please bring any relevant documentation, blood tests, current medication use and weight history to assist your dietitian for ultimate results.
