We asked our little chefs at the Academy for Early Learners about their favourite foods and created this cookbook by kids, for kids, with parents in mind too. Each recipe is designed to be fun, healthy, and easy to enjoy together as a family. We recommend getting the little ones involved in the preparation, process, and especially the tasting because cooking with kids is not only fun, but it is one of the best ways to help fussy eaters try new foods.
