Nutrition Workshops

If your organisation, workplace, school, or community group is interested in hosting a nutrition workshop, we would love to work with you. Each workshop is designed to suit the unique needs of your group, whether the focus is workplace wellbeing, supporting healthy habits in children, sustainable weight management, or practical nutrition for everyday life.

I work closely with organisations to tailor the content, format, and focus of each session so it is relevant, engaging, and practical for participants. Workshops can be adapted for different age groups, environments, and goals.

From Plate to Playtime: interactive nutrition workshop for early learners

Our interactive nutrition workshop gave young learners a fun and hands-on introduction to the power of calcium, energy, and protein in building strong bodies and growing minds. Through engaging activities and kid-friendly lessons, children learned how these key nutrients help them grow, play, and stay healthy. We shared tasty tips and encouraged smart habits to support a healthier tomorrow.

As part of the visit, we reviewed the center’s menus to ensure children are meeting 90% of their daily nutritional needs during their time at preschool. In a special session with parents, we offered practical tools and strategies to help families continue fostering healthy eating habits at home, empowering them to raise confident, well-nourished kids.
